چکیده
Objective: To study the immuno-inflammatory markers of coronary heart disease, arterial hypertension and their combined course. The research work included 116 patients with cardiovascular disease middle old age. average age is 62.4±1.27. All were examined at Bukhara branch Republican scientific practical Center for emergency medical care. During analysis, it was found that level systolic blood pressure directly depends on concentration fibrinogen – r = 0.30 oppositely procalcitonin (PCT) -0.3 IL-6 -0.26. At same time, a noticeable positive association rate creatinine in 0.35 also revealed. established connections show contribution inflammation syndrome (immune) progression hypertension, or rather, indicators are creatinine, fibrinogen, PCT IL-6. Due to high correlation studied immuno-biochemical parameters functional heart, more informative indicator risk complications multiple organ failure. Thus, our studies allow us include conclusion that, along above, factors development rupture and/ aneurysm aorta CHD an increase complement C3, IL-17 PCT. Consequently, VEGF AS, thickness LV diastole increases, IL-6, IL-17A urea shows decrease diastole, which makes possible differentiate restrictive variant from hypertrophic form atypical angina. artery

Inflammatory Markers for Arterial Stiffness in Cardiovascular Diseases
Arterial stiffness predicts an increased risk of cardiovascular events. Inflammation plays a major role in large arteries stiffening, related to atherosclerosis, arteriosclerosis, endothelial dysfunction, smooth muscle cell migration, vascular calcification, increased activity of metalloproteinases, extracellular matrix degradation, oxidative stress, elastolysis, and degradation of collagen. Th...

the purpose of this study was to determine the effects of endurance training on inflammatory markers of cardiovascular diseases in old men. for this purpose, 20 male subjects voluntarily participated in this study. subjects were randomly assigned to two groups: endurance training (age=66.60+3.77 years, weight=76.20+4.07 kg, bmi=25.60+1.78 kg/m2, bf=24.65+2.88%) and control group (age=64.50+4.06...
متن کاملImmuno- inflammatory markers of bipolar disorder: a review of evidence.
Bipolar is a severe psychiatric disorder which ethiopathogenesis remains unclear. Despite a clearly established heritability, genetic studies have failed to elucidate the underlying mechanism of bipolar disorder, most likely due to the contributing role of environmental factors in the genesis of the disease.. Environmental factors have been consistently described to induce immuno-inflammation d...

OBJECTIVES A growing body of evidence emerges that obesity, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease are intimately related to chronic inflammation. METHODS A narrative review summarizing the most recent data of the literature describing the pathological implications of inflammation in obese patients with cardiometabolic disorders. RESULTS Besides high-sensitive C-reac...
متن کاملInflammatory Markers in Infectious Diseases – an Update
A host of acute phase proteins whose concentrations increase in blood following infection or inflammations are called inflammatory markers. Hundreds of such markers have been identifiedin various infection diseases, but only very few are being measured by clinical laboratories for diagnostic purpose. While established assays for inflammatory markers like hsCRP, Immunoglobins, procalcitonin, TNF...
